Access is available for year 11 leavers with special educational needs. Students follow the ASDAN Personal and Social Development or Personal Progression courses with course tutors John Carr, Katy Ainscough and Sue Clack.
Students taking this course should be those wishing to continue to make improvements in their education before moving on. Our aim is to work closely with the schools, agencies and employers to ensure a smooth transition from education into employment or other areas.
Access students are based at the Delancey Campus and are encouraged to interact with other students on the site, for example sport students run activities for the group.
Progression is encouraged where appropriate and student are helped to move onto entry or level 1 courses or into employment or supported employment helped by our work placement input.
