Creative Arts Level 2
This course is ideal for any aspiring artist, filmmaker, designer, actor, musician or creative.
On this course you will develop an understanding and the skills and knowledge to progress and achieve in the creative sector. You will learn how to develop and realise your potential through an exciting range of creative disciplines such as acting, 2D and 3D visual arts and filmmaking.
Opportunities will exist for students to successfully complete their GCSEs in mathematics and English if needed.
There are no exams on this course. Assessment is through practical project work and portfolios.
On successful completion of this course you will hold a level 2 qualification and be eligible to apply for the Level 3 BTEC Diplomas in Art and Design, Media or Performing Arts or any other level 3 qualifications.
Entry requirements
A standard of literacy and numeracy equivalent to four GCSEs grade D-G or other related level 1 qualifications.
