The Office Administration department offers two full-time, 1 year, Administration courses:
Diploma in Administration (Level 2)
Diploma in Administration (Level 2/3)
These courses are aimed at school leavers, but not exclusively, to equip them with the skills they would require for working in a busy office environment. Successful students will finish this course with a very impressive CV.
We also offer part-time shorthand courses for beginners and for those wanting to increase their speed. You may be wondering what shorthand is…..well, it is a form of speed writing to enable professionals, such as journalists and secretaries to take down notes very quickly. Students wanting to develop their Word Processing skills and other general IT skills can attend our Flexible IT Learning Centre. Our department is based at Les Ozouets Campus (LOC).
