A Celebration of Portuguese Cuisine

Gourmet Dinner occurred on Thursday 19th May 2011 at Future Chef’s Restaurant, 6.45pm - late

  • A four course menu encompassing some of the best dishes in Portuguese cuisine, each course was accompanied with a fine Portuguese wine.
  • The evening was devised (and was prepared and produced by) the 2nd and 3rd year Hospitality & Catering students from Portugal and Madeira with the able assistance of our 1st year full time Guernsey & Alderney students.
  • Menu was £35.00 per head inclusive of wines and a welcome glass of Portuguese champagne.
  • Seats were limited and booking was made with Future Chef’s restaurant on 737528

Pan seared Blue Fin tuna steak served with Madeira and paprika cream sauce

Salada de milho frito com tomato cereja grelhados
White corn fritters served on a bed of green leaves and roasted cherry tomatoes
