We would like you to consider the following points regarding our services when using both our hair and beauty salons.

Students working under the supervision of a lecturer will carry out all of the treatments offered. We aim to provide a professional service but please remember that both of our salons are training environments and because of this a comparatively low charge is made. This also means that sometimes not all of the treatments may be available. Students may already be completed in that area or may not be fully competent yet to perform the treatments - we ask you to bear this in mind and please be understanding. Because of this treatment time availability may also vary.

Although the salon operates on a commercial basis, students are in a training situation and sometimes may keep you waiting. We apologise for any delays and ask for your patience.

On rare occasions classes may be cancelled due to outside visits or special courses. The college will make every effort to notify you in advance to arrange alternative appointments.

At least 24 hours notice is required where possible to cancel appointments, or a 50% charge will be made.

Skin Testing:

You will be required to have a skin test at least 24 hours prior to the following treatments:

Aromatherapy oil, Eyelash tinting, Eyebrow tinting, False eyelashes and Lash perming.

All permanent colour application in the hair salon.

Without this health and safety requirement, treatments will not be carried out.
All persons under the age of 16 must have written parental/guardian permission for any treatment.
