The Skills Guernsey programme is offering a free management workshop

Are you interested in developing key skills and strategies in the following areas:

Influencing skills?
Tackling poor performance?

If you are, you may want to attend 3 ‘taster’ workshops being delivered on these topics by Skills Guernsey. They are being run on 3 May at Les Cotils, as follows:

10.00 – 11.00:         Managing Overload

11.45 – 12.45:         Influencing Skills

1.30 – 2.30:            Tackling Poor Performance
