Incentive scheme took students to the driving range

Our sport and public services students’ incentive scheme, kindly sponsored by Mourant Ozannes, culminated with lunch and a session on the driving range at Nineteen. Around 35 students braved the cold weather conditions to try their hand with a golf club.

The scheme has been highly successful with around 98% of students achieving the minimum criteria. Rewards centre around team-building and group activities and in the past have included go-karting and sailing.

All students were awarded an Incentive Awards Certificate for Attendance & Punctuality by Caren Vidamour from Mourant Ozannes to recognise their achievements, and four were presented with ‘student of the term’ prizes in their respective year groups for having attained particular goals or high quality work. They were:

Will Gray – Level 2 Sport
Gemma Langlois – Level 3 Year 1 Sport
Luke Hill – Level 3 Year 2 Sport
Chris Rowe – Public Services
