Leadership and Management

The College’s Management Studies department offers professional training programmes and management development courses designed for individuals who want to improve their skills and for companies who want well equipped managers who reach their full potential.

We offer Chartered Management Institute (CMI) courses in conjunction with the GTA University Centre.

  • Chartered Management Institute Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management
  • Chartered Management Institute Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management

Human Resources

The HR lecturing team runs internationally recognised qualifications at both Level 3 and Level 5, offering opportunities for the HR professional to further develop their skills, knowledge and expertise. We currently offer:

  • Level 3 CIPD Foundation Award in Human Resource Practice and Learning & Development
  • Level 5 CIPD Intermediate Award and Certificate in Human Resource Management
